As a multidimensional, southern conjuring, Afro Caribbean woman rooted in ancestral memory, embodied spirituality, and lived wisdom. I move as a healer, writer, teacher, and ceremonialist not by title, but by function. My work is devotional, somatic, relational, and precise. I do not perform spirituality; I practice it in the body, the home, the word, and the field.
I offer Spiritual Concierge support for those who want ongoing access to insight and interpretation during pivotal moments. This is a retainer-based relationship that allows you to reach me when thresholds open. I am the author of a devotion and wellbeing ritual book entitled, Just Add Water and a digital workbook and journal companion for deeper integration. I am the creator & co-founder of The Healers Haven, a sacred community and portal of practices, rituals, spiritual, somatic, and metaphysical well-being teachings.
With more than 12 years of scholarship and practice in Integrative Medicine, Clinical Herbalism, and Trauma-informed care practices in wellness facilitation; I get to mother, love and live as a devoted writer, spiritual teacher, and a student for life!
I am gifted in illuminating the magic and power found in liminal space and weaving devotion and practice into daily life. I believe the universe is in love with me and I chant and create mantras following this deep knowing.
