October does not ask permission. It arrives with the smell of things returning to earth — wet leaves, cold soil, smoke from somewhere you cannot see. The veil thins. The light goes gold and then goes quickly. And the body, if you let it, already knows what season this is.

On October 25th, we gather inside the Healers Haven for the most tender portal of the year. We are not here to integrate or to rise. We are here to descend. Slowly. Willingly. Into the holy dark that every living thing needs in order to continue living.

The evening moves through five passages:

You will be held in breath, in writing, in sound, and in the particular grace of being witnessed in a room full of people who also chose to go down. Come empty-handed. Come willing to grieve. The descent is not the end — it is the holiest part of the cycle.
