The Gratitude Jar

A Living Exchange

This is an invitation to be part of something sacred — and deeply needed.

We believe everyone — women, men, families, caregivers, artists, and everyday sacred humans — deserves access to meaningful rest, honest reflection, integrative healing, and spaces that tend the nervous system, the soul, and the body at once.

Through my work as a writer and clinical practitioner, and through the immersive experiences we offer via Magnolia Retreats, we hold space for remembering, restoration, and realignment. Not performative healing. Not hustle-spirituality. But work that is careful, embodied, and rooted in integrity.

And we can’t do it alone.

So many people give endlessly — time, care, labor, creativity, emotional presence — and rarely receive sacred space in return. Your contribution helps ensure that this work remains accessible without being diluted, and inclusive without being extractive.

Your support allows us to:

  • Offer community access tickets and sliding-scale options

  • Maintain private, nourishing, thoughtfully curated spaces

  • Fairly compensate facilitators, artists, and practitioners

  • Create experiences that are spacious, unhurried, and humane

  • Continue research, writing, and resource development without burnout

In short, it allows us to give from overflow, not exhaustion.

This is not charity.
This is reciprocity.
This is stewardship.

If you are in resonance with:

  • the private research, writing, and resources I offer

  • the clinical, somatic, and integrative care woven into this work

  • or the healing, rest, and communal experiences created through Magnolia Retreats

…consider placing something in the Gratitude Jar.

Give what feels aligned.
Give what feels joyful.
Give because you believe this kind of work should exist in the world.

Thank you for helping us keep the vision intact, the work honest, and the doors open.

— Kira.
