Starseeds Activate is a live virtual class for highly sensitive, neurodivergent, intuitive and spiritually curious young people who experience the world deeply—and often have questions that traditional classrooms do not make room for.
Through student-led conversation, creative exploration and age-appropriate spiritual education, learners are invited to explore intuition, energetic awareness, emotions, personal gifts, purpose and their relationship with the natural and unseen worlds. Questions are welcomed. Curiosity becomes curriculum.
Parents and caregivers are invited to register alongside their children, creating a shared language for supporting sensitivity, discernment and spiritual intelligence at home. No previous spiritual knowledge is required—only openness, imagination and a willingness to learn together.

Plant Wisdom, Formulation & Embodied Herbalism
Herbalism is more than memorizing which plant is “good for” which symptom. Plants have temperature, movement, taste, texture, constitution and relationship. Learning to work with them requires knowledge—and the ability to listen.
Herbal Energetics is an adult class exploring how medicinal plants nourish, cleanse, strengthen and restore the body. We will examine foundational herbal energetics, sensory identification, constitutional patterns and the principles behind creating formulas that work with the whole person rather than chasing isolated symptoms.
Particular attention will be given to reproductive vitality, women’s wellness, family care and practical remedies that can be incorporated into everyday life. This class is open to beginners, caregivers, birth workers, wellness practitioners and experienced plant lovers ready to deepen their relationship with herbal medicine.

Living Medicine is a return to the practices that kept people connected before wellness became an industry: food prepared with intention, herbs grown and shared, stories spoken across tables, seasonal rituals, prayer, beauty, rest and the wisdom carried through family and culture.
In this adult class, we will explore nourishment as a devotional and ancestral practice. Together, we will consider the medicine present in daily rituals, family recipes, altars, sensory memory, communal care and the ordinary objects that help us remain connected to Spirit and ourselves.
This class is for anyone longing to create a more meaningful relationship with food, home, lineage and everyday ceremony. You do not need a perfect ancestral story or an established spiritual practice. Come as you are, with what you remember, what you have inherited and what you are ready to create anew.

Etymology as Living Practice is an interactive adult class exploring the origins of words and the ways language shapes identity, belief, culture and consciousness. Together, we will trace familiar words back to their roots, examine how meaning changes over time and consider what becomes possible when we choose our language more intentionally.
This is word medicine for writers, teachers, healers, storytellers, curious thinkers and anyone fascinated by the hidden life inside everyday speech. Come prepared to question what you have inherited, reclaim language that has been distorted and encounter words as living vessels of story and ancestral memory.
