Ceremony is a medium for unlocking our potential. The Sanskrit word for "ceremony" is "संस्कार" (saṃskāra). Saṃskāras in Hinduism refers to rites of passage or rituals that mark significant stages of one's life, such as birth, marriage, and death. The term also conveys the idea of refining, purifying, and perfecting certain aspects of life as well as impressions formed on the mind by experience. I enjoy supporting you in a sacred space to facilitate growth, release, and expansion. I offer breath and body ceremonies live, remotely, individually, collectively, and around the world.
